The track is produced by Scott Storch, who is also producing most of her album. The expected release date was on March 20, before the albums release in May 16 2006.

The track sees Simpson take a new direction in music, ditching the power ballads for a more r&b/club track. The song doesn't really have a story line, other than Jessica just wants to "party hard and get real loud" and expects the rest of the people in the club to join her, with a dance play off between the men and the women.
